Important Announcement Regarding the Journal's Server Migration and Manuscript Records

Dear Authors and Researchers,
We would like to inform our valued authors and readers that, following the technical migration of the journal's website from its previous hosting server located outside the country to domestic servers, some recently published and submitted manuscript records were unintentionally affected, resulting in the loss of certain article records from the journal's online submission and publication management system.
To address this issue, the journal's technical team has carefully reviewed the affected records and restored the relevant manuscripts by resubmitting them to the system and making them available again on the journal's website and within the respective authors' user accounts.
Please note that this technical restoration process has been carried out without any changes to the original manuscript titles, article content, author names, authorship order, or other scientific information.
As a result of this process, authors may notice certain differences in manuscript identification codes, submission dates, processing dates, or other system-generated information displayed in their user dashboards. These differences are solely attributable to the technical restoration and re-registration of the affected manuscripts following the server migration. They do not indicate any changes to the original editorial decisions, review history, or scientific content of the manuscripts.
